After a summer and fall of devastating wildfires in Colorado, the Larimer County Emergency Telephone Authority (LETA 911) wanted feedback from the community. As snow storms created hazardous conditions overnight, east coast agencies using the CueHit platform configured their own rule to send an automatic text message to 911 callers in under 3 minutes. The text message advised the caller that responders may be delayed because of road conditions and provided safety instructions while they waited.
