Janeé Harteau (Chief of Police (ret.) )
Chief Harteau worked in Law Enforcement for 30 years and was the 52nd Police Chief and first female Chief of Police in the City of Minneapolis' history. She initiated MPD 2.0 immediately after she became Chief, systematically changing accountability and transparency within the Department. This is one of the reasons Fortune Magazine named her one of the world's top 50 leaders in April 2017. She is currently the President and CEO of Vitals™Aware Services, a technology company focused on bridging the communication divide between vulnerable individuals, like those with mental health conditions and public safety through real-time information sharing, resulting in safer interactions for everyone involved.
Gareth Williams (Chief of Communications @Union County Regional 9-1-1)
Gareth Williams is the head of the Union County Police 911 Center in Union County New Jersey. His center receives 9-1-1 calls and dispatches for more than 20 agencies across the county. He served as a Paramedic and EMS dispatcher for more than 25 years. Gareth is past President of New Jersey NENA and is active in 911 initiatives across the State.
Chris Debbie (Chief of Police )
Chief Debbie began his Law Enforcement career in 1988 as a Patrolman with the Police Department. He has worked his way through the ranks, from Detective to Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Acting Chief and finally being named Chief in 2017. During his career Chief Debbie has either worked in or supervised every aspect of his Agency, including a tactical Auto Theft Recovery Unit, street level narcotics, Internal Affairs, the Investigations Division and now the Administrative operations of the Agency.
